With the Expansion of membes in the airline, we could give more jobs:

We already have; Pilots, Co-pilots and Attendants,

We could add jobs like; Check-in Operators, Gate Operators (check tickets at gate), Ground Services like Refuellers, Tug Drivers.

At Arrival Airports we could have possibly Passport Control, and Tour Operators as Island 8 has coaches.
