We recommend to the passengers to follow this rules and regulations set by the CEO of Avatar Airways so that we can ensure your safety.
1. Passenger must arrive in 5 minutes after the flight announcement has been made.
2. Passenger can still arrive 5 minutes after the check-in announcement has been made.
3. Passenger on the check-ins must comply or he/she will be denied from the flight.
4. Only cash and credit cards are allowed during payment.
5. No deadly weapons allowed.
6. Comply with Avatar Airway's members to ensure a safe and fast flight process.
7. Attacking an Avatar Airway members will be penalized by any SAP Admin present.
8. Any objects such as laptops, portable gaming devices, cellphones, portable music players or any similar object are allowed.
9. One must be aware of the dangers that maybe encountered during the flight.
10. During the flight, services are available in the plane.
11. Do not attempt anything that would disrupt the flight or will get you killed or injured.
12. After landing at destination, be aware of your surroundings. One must know the destination's features.
13. Be aware of the location of your plane.
14. Follow instructions to avoid getting lost or harmed.
15. On return flight, only those with Return tickets may board.
16. If passenger is killed, full refund will be given.
17. If passenger is killed because of his/her fault, no refund will be given.
18. One must pay for any damages caused.
19. A VIP passenger must be treated with high respect.
20. One may submit a complaint to Avatar Airways through the CEO or Co-CEO.
21. All accidents due to failure to comply with Avatar Airways will not be our responsibility.
22. Abusive passengers are not allowed.
23. Any passengers with any injuries shall be given first-aid.
24. If any passenger violated a SAP rule, Avatar Airways would not be responsible for the passenger and will be quickly surrendered to any SAP Admin.
25. Anyone who will be disrupting any of our transactions shall be reported.
