- Must have 1000 minutes of flying time
- Has knowledge of ADF or optionally VOR and ILS.
- Knows the runway of the destination very well
- Knows basic procedures during emergencies
- Knows the basic controls of the aircraft
- Can manage long-range flights
- Can avoid crashes
- Respect the admins
